Cancer Co-Payment Assistance Foundation announced today the launch of its new website and CRM software, DiseaseTrak.

Along with the implementation of DiseaseTrak, a recognized, state-of-the-art customer service platform, Cancer Co-Payment Assistance Foundation will now provide same-day determination and conditional approval. The technology will enable a higher standard of care for people coping with cancer by allowing faster access to co-payment assistance.

“This tool will drastically improve patient access to treatment,” said the foundation’s Director, Michele McCourt. “The process is easy, fast and seamless. You never have to wait because you will always know the same day whether you’re approved.”

Patients will also have real-time insight into their status and eliminate the usual wait and uncertainty. Both patients and health care providers will experience an enhanced level of customer service because the site closely monitors each individual’s unique treatment regimen, dispensing history and medication usage. The site provides reminder tools and an interactive calendar to assist patients in managing their care. Grants and payments can also be closely tracked.

Affiliated with Cancer®, the Cancer Co-Payment Assistance Foundation is also uniquely able to provide immediate access to the full array of Cancer’s free support services, including online and telephone , , resource referrals, , education and with treatment-related expenses such as transportation and child care.

“We have found that co-payment assistance coupled with a network of professional emotional and practical support improves quality of care for the patient and their loved ones. Combination of the two is the enhanced value the Cancer Co-Payment Assistance Foundation brings to the table,” said Cancer Chief Operating Officer John Rutigliano.

The new Cancer Co-Payment Assistance Foundation website will launch simultaneously to ensure easier navigation between it, Cancer® and the new application system.
