Amerinet Extends Agreement with Standard Register Healthcare

DAYTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Standard Register (NYSE:SR) announced that Amerinet, a leading national healthcare solutions organization with membership of more than 55,000 hospitals, surgery centers, long-term care facilities, clinics and doctor offices, has extended its contract with Standard Register Healthcare through August 31, 2013.

Standard Register Healthcare, a business unit of Standard Register, provides Amerinet members a comprehensive portfolio of printing services and solutions for patient identification, education and documentation, document management, healthcare marketing, brand management and secure prescriptions. The company also offers members print supply chain consulting and professional services to help them address total acquisition costs, while driving standardization and process improvement.

Amerinet members have the option of employing Standard Register’s robust SMARTworks ® technology platform to procure, distribute, manage and track document spending and usage.
