AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WhiteGlove House Call Health, Inc., a leader in Service-Driven Healthcare, announced today that it has added three new members to its board of directors.

“Our new board members are highly respected individuals with tremendous business and healthcare experience,” said Bob Fabbio, WhiteGlove’s co-founder and chief executive officer. “I couldn’t be more pleased to have them help guide WhiteGlove’s future.”

Ed Ateyeh is CEO and founder of Collective Technologies, a company he founded in 1994 to satisfy the growing demand for highly complex systems management services. A recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Ed now chairs the EOY Awards Judging Committee for Central Texas. “WhiteGlove’s membership-based business model is perfect for healthcare,” said Mr. Ateyeh. “Not only is WhiteGlove helping control healthcare costs but they are delivering on their promise of a better consumer experience, that’s a great combination.”

Gary Mecklenburg is an Executive Partner in Waud Capital Partners, working with the firm’s significant investments in health care services. Mr. Mecklenburg has been recognized as one of the nation’s leading healthcare executives. Leslie Norwalk is Strategic Counsel to Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., EBG Advisors and National Health Advisors. Ms. Norwalk served the Bush Administration as the Acting Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). “Clearly, innovation is needed to bring the kind of change to healthcare that is needed to make a difference,” said Ms. Norwalk. “WhiteGlove’s innovative approach combines health information technology with high quality, high touch services to reduce overall costs, bringing healthcare into the twenty-first century. I am excited to be part of it.”
