With ikaMedicareGateway, WellCare will be able to automate complex data exchanges with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), new member applications and current member plan changes. The solution also enables WellCare agents or independent brokers to verify beneficiary eligibility in real time, creating a more efficient and simplified enrollment experience for members.
