Vivere Health, LLC Adds Surgery Center to Orlando IVF Laboratory
broke ground today on a 7,000 sq. ft. addition to the Vivere –Winter Park Fertility Laboratory located in Winter Park, Florida. The addition of the surgery center, which will open its doors in early 2013, marks continued progress in building the nation’s leading network of Fertility Centers of Excellence (CoE) dedicated to the highest quality patient care and outcomes.
Today, the Winter Park location features a full-service IVF laboratory that was acquired in December 2011. The addition of two state-of-the-art operating suites, which will feature the latest technology in the field of reproductive endocrinology, will enable Vivere and physician partner , to better meet the fertility needs of metro Orlando and the surrounding areas.
The addition of the surgery center to the Winter Park facility is estimated at $3 million, and is a milestone in developing the Vivere brand. It will be the second facility in the Vivere network that features a custom build-out by the company to reflect its business model, which pairs IVF labs with surgery centers and allows physicians to focus on medicine while Vivere handles the marketing and business needs of the facility.

In June 2012, Vivere broke ground on a custom-built fertility clinic in New Orleans. Prior to that, each of Vivere’s CoEs has been an acquired facility, tailored and redesigned to meet the standards of the company and needs of partnering physicians.
In addition to the expansion of the Winter Park clinic, Vivere plans for continued growth in the greater Central Florida area through the addition of more physicians and satellite offices. One of those physicians will be Dr. Larisa Jordan. She will be joining Vivere-Winter Park on August 1.
The Vivere –Winter Park IVF Laboratory, which opened in December 2011, is led by board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, Dr. Mark Trolice, Director of Fertility C.A.R.E., who has built one of the most comprehensive fertility centers in the Southeast, offering personalized fertility patient care.
Fertility services offered at the Winter Park CoE are expansive and include: In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD), Intro Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), and embryo and egg freezing.
The addition to the Winter Park facility will reflect the Vivere model in its aesthetic and design. All Vivere facilities are a departure from the traditional doctor’s office waiting room, and instead feature a “family living room” feel and calm, relaxing environments. Most notably, Vivere clinics combine surgery centers and IVF laboratories in the same building to streamline the processes of IVF and other fertility treatments, leading to improved patient outcomes and increased pregnancy rates.
