U.S. Preventive Medicine Appoints Paul E. Risner Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Risner, Esq. as Executive Vice President, General Counsel. In his position, Risner will be responsible for all of the company's legal issues related to its national and international operations including acquisitions, licensing agreements and investor relations. He will be based in the company's new operations center in Jacksonville, FL.

A graduate of Jacksonville University, Risner earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, College of Law. He is a licensed AHLA Mediator and Arbitrator and board certified in health law by the Florida Bar.
