Sunrise Opens First Senior Living Residence in the Province of Quebec

(NYSE: SRZ), a leading provider of senior living services, today opened Sunrise of Dollard-des-Ormeaux located in the West Island of Montreal. The new senior living community is Sunrise's first in the province of Quebec and its thirteenth community in Canada.

The new four-story community, located at 4377 St. Jean Boulevard in Dollard-des Ormeaux, will provide individualized care and services to more than 100 residents needing assistance with activities like bathing, dressing, medication management and dining. Sunrise will ultimately employ about 80 team members who will work at the community and provide daily services, activities, programs and meals to residents.
