States fight to end healthcare reform

In comments filed in a Florida federal court on Wednesday, 26 states and the National Federation of Independent Business--which successfully challenged the reform law in federal court--say U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson meant to stop implementation of the Affordable Care Act, The Hill blog reports. They are calling the Obama administration's request for a clarification on Vinson's ruling that the entire law is unconstitutional a thinly veiled attempt to get a stay.
