There's an interesting legal wrangle in Denver, where Exempla Healthcare faces potential legal action from insurers UnitedHealth and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield after Exempla's Good Samaritan Medical Center decided to lower costs in an effort to win more of the carriers' out of network customers.
