Leading Clinical Telemedicine Provider Adds Five More Hospitals in the Golden State
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Specialists On Call, Inc. (SOC), the nation’s leading provider of clinical telemedicine, announced today that its growing roster of California hospitals represents the state’s largest private telestroke and teleneurology network. SOC, in partnership with UCLA, currently serves 14 hospitals throughout the state, delivering around the clock access to board certified, fellowship trained neurologists to patients suffering from stroke or any other neurological emergency.
Specialists On Call’s recent expansion in California includes 5 additional hospitals since January 1st. SOC now provides 24/7/365 emergency neurology on-call coverage for hospitals throughout the state including Bakersfield Heart Hospital, Desert Regional Medical Center, Redlands Community Hospital, Riverside Community Hospital, St. Francis Medical Center and Sutter Delta Medical Center.
