Rush-Copley, a 183-bed hospital, offers extensive inpatient and outpatient care, a level II trauma center (ER), a comprehensive cancer center, a level III (the highest possible) neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and progressive medical technology. Physicians who are affiliated with the medical center can leverage this agreement to acquire Allscripts solutions for their practices, receive alerts when their patients visit the Rush-Copley emergency room or are admitted to the hospital, and receive a record of what happened to their patients while they are in the hospital.
