RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Polyglot Systems, Inc. and Family Health Network will partner to integrate Polyglot’s Meducation® technology into Family Health Network’s Connected for Lifesm platform, an online program that enables healthcare providers and caregivers to remotely monitor, record and track a patient’s health status and medication use on a daily basis. Meducation® will enhance Connected for Lifesm by delivering easy-to-understand written medication instructions and video demonstrations of proper medication use in multiple languages.
