PHT President and CEO Philip Lee said, “PHT’s phenomenal growth in 2011 reflects a worldwide movement toward abolishing paper diaries and adopting ePRO to collect high quality patient data.” Mr. Lee added, “ePRO Systems are the only way to deliver the voice of the patient without distortion or recall bias.”

SmartReports Mobile™ is the first ePRO smartphone application to track site and subject compliance data. And, customers get online support anytime, anywhere with the new Live Chat 24/7.

PHT Vice President of Marketing Sheila Rocchio added, “PHT’s mission is to educate clinical trial sponsors on PRO and ePRO options and to help researchers do good science. We published the ePRO Modality Selection Tool as both a Web and mobile app to make it fast and easy for any organization to select the best ePRO System for their trial or study.”

PHT demonstrated its thought leadership with the success of its 8th Annual PRO & ePRO Congress that attracted global personnel from pharmaceutical organizations, regulatory agencies, CROs, universities, technology providers, and clinical sites. The lively conclave conducted animated discussions and interpreted the scientific, technology and regulatory aspects of PRO and ePRO data in clinical research.

PHT’s Phil Lee said, “PHT is taking ePRO to a new level. Customers choose PHT because they reap tremendous efficacy, safety and cost savings by integrating our ePRO Systems into their eClinical portfolios. This year we plan to expand our System offerings to support even more eClinical integration options as well as direct-to-patient trials.
