Omnicare Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

COVINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), a leading provider of pharmaceutical care for the elderly, declared today a quarterly cash dividend of 2.25 cents ($0.0225) per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on June 21, 2010 to stockholders of record on June 11, 2010.
