Neville Pattinson, Gemalto’s Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, will act as a witness on behalf of the Secure ID Coalition to the Subcommittee on Health on solutions to combat health care waste, fraud and abuse during a hearing that will take place at 10 a.m. EST on Wednesday, Nov. 28.

The (CMS) reports that the U.S. Medicare program suffers more than $60 billion in fraud every year through practices like phantom billing and durable medical equipment fraud.
