National Health Investors Raises First Quarter Dividend

MURFREESBORO, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE:NHI) announced today that it will pay a first quarter dividend of $.615 per common share to shareholders of record on March 31, 2011 and payable on May 10, 2011. This represents an annualized dividend of $2.46 per share, an increase of 4.2% over the total dividends of $2.36 per share for 2010.
