NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Following the announcement on June 9 of Misys plc’s (LSE: MSY.L) proposed disposal of its majority interest in Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX) and the merger of Allscripts with Eclipsys (NASDAQ: ECLP), Misys plc CEO Mike Lawrie has renewed his commitment and investment in Misys Open Source Solutions (“MOSS”), LLC – a wholly owned subsidiary of Misys plc.
