BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE: MPW) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock to be paid on January 6, 2011 to stockholders of record on December 9, 2010.
