Rochester Methodist Hospital, Mayo Clinic and Saint Mary's Hospital operate as the nation's first and largest group practice, integrating more than 1,700 medical doctors.
The integrated hospital group made the Honor Roll of the U.S. News and World Report's list of Top Hospitals for the 21st consecutive year. To qualify, it scored in the top five in 13 specialties evaluated, and was one of only two organizations to be ranked in every specialty.
Rochester Methodist also ranked high in patient satisfaction, with 83 percent of patients saying they would "definitely" recommend it to friends and family, according to a federal survey in U.S. News. Furthermore, it was voted one of the nation's best hospitals for delivering the best quality care while attaining the highest levels of efficiency by Leap Frog Group.
As part of the greater Mayo Clinic, Rochester Methodist was recognized by the National Business Group on Health for its workplace wellness programs.
