Under ACA, states are required to establish an operational Exchange to offer qualified health insurance plans to individuals and small businesses by January 1, 2014. As a leading administrative provider in helping states run health insurance programs, MAXIMUS provides solutions to help states assess, design, implement and operate a cost-effective and efficient Exchange that meets all federal and state requirements.
