Two years later, they teamed up with two other young entrepreneurs to create Whole Foods Market, a 10,000 square foot store in Austin, Texas.
Whole Foods Market now has more than 270 stores in the U.S., Canada, and the UK. The company's goal is to become a $12 billion company by 2010.
