Companies Tightly Integrate Cancer Patient Records for Cross-Specialty Care
WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- IntrinsiQ® today announced that Allscripts, the leader in software, connectivity and information solutions that physicians use to improve healthcare, will integrate the IntelliDose® chemotherapy management solution into its product suite as a new offering for physician practices. The IntelliDose solution will enable Allscripts multi-specialty and oncology clients to manage the entire oncology patient care workflow, while leveraging the rich information and existing investment in Allscripts award-winning electronic health record (EHR), electronic prescribing, and practice management solutions.

The agreement with Allscripts will meet the unique demands of the oncology specialty while helping oncology and multi-specialty practices to qualify for federal incentives for EHR adoption under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
