Inclinix Expansion Creates New Position and Promotions

WILMINGTON, N.C., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Inclinix, Inc. a contract research organization that hires physicians and recruits patients for the clinical trials of new drugs, today announced restructuring of positions to support continued growth. Inclinix previously announced a growth rate of 40% in 2007 and the infusion of $10 million in expansion funding, which came in January from Frontier Capital, a private equity firm.

Diane Montross will assume a newly created position, Director of Patient Recruitment. Diane will be responsible for strategically positioning the products and services that support clinical trial enrollment and facilitating customized solutions. Having spent the previous six years with Veritas Medicine as the Director of Media Services, Diane's expertise and industry relationships will be primarily focused toward expanding online patient recruitment and advocacy efforts.

Tobin Geatz, President and Chief Executive Officer of Inclinix, said, "We are delighted that Diane joined the company. She has years of online outreach experience for patients. Now, she will apply her expertise to make our patient outreach programs the best in the industry."

Inclinix's rapid expansion has driven several other internal promotions:

Steve Agnoff has assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He will closely integrate the sales and marketing efforts to drive corporate expansion.

Susan Jalbert has assumed the role of Vice President of Sales. Ms. Jalbert provides strategic direction for a team of business development personnel covering the U.S. and abroad.
