HealthEast Care System, the largest locally-owned heath care organization in the Minneapolis-St. Paul East metro area, awarded a contract to Humedica to support their Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) initiatives. The non-profit health care organization, which comprises 4 hospitals and 1500 physicians, will use Humedica’s clinical intelligence platform to provide advanced analytics for HealthEast’s newly formed ACO.
