WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On Monday, July 11, at 11:00 a.m.(EDT), Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will join with HHS officials and small business owners to announce a framework on affordable insurance Exchanges, which will offer states flexibility, choices, competition and clout for consumers and small businesses under the Affordable Care Act.
