Health Care REIT, Inc. Declares Second Quarter Dividend

TOLEDO, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE:HCN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 of $0.715 per share. The dividend will be the company's 161st consecutive quarterly payment, payable August 19, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 9, 2011.
