Greystone Receives 2012 Award of Merit for Healthcare Construction

, the 10-year old healthcare facility finance and management company, is proud to announce that it has received an Award of Merit from the 2012 ABC Excellence in Construction Awards in the Healthcare category.
ABC granted the award to Greystone in recognition of the completion of a $4 million construction project for Carlton Shores Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 99 bed healthcare facility located in Dayton Beach, Florida. The project, which transformed the 100,000 square foot fifty-year old complex into a modern, state-of-the art facility, capable of providing specialized short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment, took two years to complete.
