GlobalMed: New Brand for GlobalMedia Group

New logo, new Web site address underscore global telemedicine company’s focus

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GlobalMedia Group – the leading telemedicine design and marketing company – today announced a new branding strategy – one that includes two fewer letters, but a much clearer meaning. GlobalMed is now the name of the company’s Web site and line of telemedicine solutions.

“GlobalMed now more accurately describes who we are and what we do in the healthcare industry and solidifies our commitment to our customers,” Joel E. Barthelemy, Managing and Founding Director of GlobalMedia Group, said. “We believe our new brand will reflect our long-term growth strategy of providing telemedicine solutions to a global market.”

GlobalMed™ becomes the solid brand foundation for the company’s line of mobile telemedicine carts, peripherals and image automation software that bring doctors together with patients, no matter the distance.

With the addition of Manoel Coelho, the company’s Director of International Business Strategy, GlobalMed has formalized its global posture. And “Med” better defines GlobalMed as a company in the healthcare field. “This is exciting news for our partners around the world who will be delivering our solutions to their clients,” Coelho said.
