Experts endorse health court trials

The Milbank Quarterly is currently running a piece written by four prominent healthcare experts that extols the possible benefits of health courts for patient safety and recommends that trials be undertaken to determine if the approach is viable. The most obvious area that could benefit from this approach is malpractice suits; health courts could offer both neutral experts and industry-wide precedents for such cases.
