Hospital, which now faces 25 lawsuits, is asking Rockingham County Superior Court to temporarily block attorneys from requesting information about the hepatitis C outbreak, thought to have originated at the hospital. If a judge approves the motion to freeze discovery actions for at least 90 days, it could stop lawyers from forcing employees, including CEO Kevin Callahan, to give sworn statements about the hepatitis C outbreak, Foster's Daily Democrat reported.
