David Bowie's death inspires end-of-life conversations

A palliative care consultant said the death of David Bowie has allowed him to open up discussions with his patients about end of life. In a blog post for BMJ, physician Mark Taubert, who works for Velindre NHS Trust, Cardiff, UK, writes that Bowie's death at home helps to eliminate the notion that death predominantly happens in the clinical setting of hospitals.
