FRANKLIN, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CYH) today announced that management will participate in the Citi 2012 Global Health Care Conference to be held February 27-29, 2012, at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. The investor presentation will begin at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time, 1:00 p.m. Central time, on Tuesday, February 28, 2012, and will be available to investors via a live audio webcast.

The Company will also participate in the 2012 RBC Capital Markets' Healthcare Conference to be held February 28-29, 2012, at The New York Palace Hotel in New York City. The investor presentation will begin at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time, 7:00 a.m. Central time, on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, and will be available to investors via a live audio webcast.
