MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Amcom Software, Inc. today announced that Children’s of Alabama in Birmingham has strengthened critical communications throughout its organization by using Amcom Software’s broad suite of healthcare solutions. For the 275-bed hospital, excellent communication is part of its mission of providing outstanding care and treatment for children.
Children’s has been using Amcom products for many years. Its operator console helps staff process external calls from patients’ concerned family and friends as well as internal calls from staff.
