CEO2 Selects Anthony Cirillo as National Health Care Channel Partner

Patient experience thought leader will advance CEO2 into the hospital and health care sector OXNARD, Calif. (March 27, 2012) - CEO2 announced today the selection of patient experience expert Anthony Cirillo, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, as its national health care channel partner.

Cirillo is a 25-year veteran health care professional based in the Charlotte, N.C. area who consults with hospital and health care systems worldwide. His article, "The Chief Experience Officer," published in HealthLeaders Media, helped spur the Cleveland Clinic to create an office of patient experience and hire the first-ever hospital chief experience officer (CXO).

"Cirillo is the right person to take CEO2 into the health care sector," said Tom Voccola, cofounder and chief executive of CEO2. "He possesses an ideal combination of an insider's perspective on hospitals and health care systems, relationships with leaders who are ready to lead the sector to a new level of service, and he is first and foremost an advocate for the patient."

"CEO2 has a decades-long track record of remarkable results in other industries that will readily transfer to health care," Cirillo said. "Starting with the CEO and fueled by discovering personal passion and purpose, CEO2 engages and aligns employees and gives them the tools to work together to create an extraordinary organization, and along with it, extraordinary patient experiences - and it does so in months, not years. I'm honored to represent CEO2 and excited to introduce a new approach to improving patient experience."
