, a national leader in the field of hospital medicine, will launch a new partnership to enhance and expand the existing hospitalist program at , a 435-bed acute-care center in Gastonia, N.C., officials announced today. The hospital is the anchor facility for .
The program, which is set to launch on November 1, is being designed to build on Gaston Memorial Hospital’s nationally renowned track record of providing advanced and comprehensive patient care. It will include more than 20 physicians and four mid-level providers, along with Cogent HMG’s signature System of Care™ technology and operational infrastructure, data-driven processes, rigorous ongoing training and experienced leadership.
