CareView Communications, Inc. ("CareView" or the "Company") (OTCQB: CRVW), an information technology provider to the healthcare industry, announced today the execution of a hospital agreement with Monrovia Memorial Hospital in southern California ("Monrovia Memorial"). Monrovia Memorial is a general acute care hospital specializing in the treatment of medically complex patients and is thereby designated by Medicare as a 'long term acute care provider.' Monrovia Memorial is uniquely able to attend to short term patients (including spine and general orthopedics) in addition to those whose illnesses require a longer hospital stay.

The Company currently has systems installed in several hospitals in southern California and intends to begin an aggressive marketing campaign in September to broaden its base in that region.
