(“CareView” or the “Company”) (OTCBB: CRVW), an information technology provider to the healthcare industry, announced today the execution of a hospital agreement with Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas ("Baptist Health Little Rock"). Baptist Health Little Rock is the largest full-service institution under the banner of Baptist Health, Arkansas' most comprehensive healthcare system with more than 175 points of access. Baptist Health Little Rock has over 700 beds and is equipped to cover the full continuum of health care support from birth to end-of-life. CareView's hospital agreement provides Baptist Health with the installation of and ongoing support for its CareView System™.
