In his new role, Hallock will oversee CareCloud’s strategic communication and public relations programs and bolster the Company’s current awareness and branding efforts.

“We could not be more thrilled to have one of the industry’s top public relations executives join CareCloud and our leadership team,” said CareCloud’s President and CEO, Albert Santalo. “John will play a critical role in helping to build out our internal and external communication functions while promoting our growing product line and driving overall brand awareness.”

Hallock is an award-winning and seasoned communication professional who has developed and led integrated national communication programs for some of the country's largest and most influential healthcare technology and life sciences companies. Prior to joining CareCloud, he was Director of Global Corporate Communications for athenahealth, Inc. “I am extremely excited to join the CareCloud team and feel the company and its emerging cloud-based platform have the opportunity to accelerate how doctors, patients and other key stakeholders deliver care and communicate in healthcare,” said Hallock. “As in any industry, older web-based healthcare technology vendors are now challenged with having to simplify their technology and user experience to meet growing client and regulatory demands. Hallock formerly worked at Weber Shandwick Worldwide, Brodeur Worldwide and Schwartz MSL, three leading global public relations firms. In 2011, Hallock was named to PR Week Magazine’s prestigious “40 Under 40” list, which recognizes the nation's top 40 agency, corporate and nonprofit professionals under the age of 40.
