On July 19, 2011, the United States Patent & Trademark Office issued U.S. Patent Number 7,983,930, entitled "System and Method for Testing for Cardiovascular Disease," crediting BioMedix™ President & CEO John Romans as inventor. The patent is now part of the growing portfolio of BioMedix™ intellectual property on innovative medical technologies, addressing testing, diagnosis and administrative processing across remote locations.
