(NYSE: T) has announced that Health Net, Inc. has added AT&T USA Direct(R) Toll-Free Service to an existing three-year OneNet contract. AT&T USA Direct Toll-Free Service provides Health Net members with access to customer service while they are traveling in more than 135 countries.
AT&T USA Direct Toll-Free Service will allow nearly 3 million Health Net commercial and Medicare members to access membership information while traveling internationally.
AT&T also provides Health Net with Internet access, local and long distance voice services, audio conferencing, Live Meeting and Internet Protocol Virtual Private Network (IP VPN) services.
The expanded business agreement extends a relationship between AT&T and Health Net that spans nearly 20 years.
