American HomePatient Establishes June 30, 2010 as Annual Meeting Date

BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American HomePatient, Inc. (OTCBB: AHOM) (“American HomePatient” or the “Company”), one of the nation’s largest home health care providers, announced today that it has formally established June 30, 2010 as the date for its annual meeting of stockholders. This meeting will be held at the offices of Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner, P.C., 315 Deaderick Street, Suite 1800, Nashville, Tennessee 37238, beginning at 9:00 a.m. (Central Time). Formal notice of this meeting and an accompanying proxy statement are being mailed on or about May 25, 2010 to stockholders of record as of May 14, 2010.
