Alliance Healthcare Services Schedules Conference Call and Webcast to Review Second Quarter 2012 Financial Results

Alliance HealthCare Services (NYSE:AIQ) announced today that it will host a conference call and webcast on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s second quarter 2012 financial results, which are scheduled to be released after the market closes on Monday, August 6, 2012. The call will also include a discussion of the Company’s market outlook and strategic initiatives for 2012. Larry C. Buckelew, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to host the call. Also scheduled to participate is Howard K. Aihara, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
