ACOs are based on flawed assumptions

"ACO models offer nothing that other ASOs--alphabet soup organizations--have not offered in the past," writes Dr. Jesse Cole, a Montana-based radiologist writing on our Hospital Impact blog. In addition, he believes that HMOs, PPOs, MPOs have all been tried generally never live up to their hype.
