AAPC Hires VP of Practice Management

SALT LAKE CITY, May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- AAPC (www.aapc.com) today announced Daniel Schwebach as its vice president of practice management initiatives. Schwebach is a practice management professional with more than nine years of experience in the health care industry. In his new role, he is responsible for the development and strategic implementation of AAPC's new practice management division.

Prior to joining AAPC, Schwebach was a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, were he specialized in operational and strategic consulting for ambulatory services. In addition to serving as director of ambulatory services where he managed the daily operations of more than 400 faculty physicians, Schwebach has worked with nationally recognized faculty practice plans, multi-specialty group practices and private physician offices, building a reputation of excellence based on his management, operations, finance and business development skills. Schwebach holds a master's degree in health administration from the University of Washington and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Brigham Young University.
