Patient complaints put facility fees under scrutiny

Boston-area residents have begun challenging so-called "facility fees" hospitals impose via acquired physician practices, The Boston Globe reported. David Seltz, executive director of Massachusetts' Health Policy Commission said the practice has raised concerns and prompted conversations with some providers to help understand their position.
