  • Net revenue totaled $1,270.7 million for Q3 2010
  • Income from continuing operations amounted to $39.9 million for the third quarter
  • Net income attributable to common stockholders was $35.3 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, up 40.0 percent from Q3 2009 
  • Revenue from continuing operations increased 13.3 percent, admissions grew 4.9 percent, and adjusted admissions grew 8.4 percent compared to Q3 2009 
  • On October 1, 2010, subsidiaries of HMA  acquired the 413-bed Wuesthoff Health System for $152 million
