FTC, DoJ battling over ACO jurisdiction

A "turf battle" is brewing between the U.S. Justice Department and the Federal Trade Commission over which agency will have purview of accountable care organizations, the Wall Street Journal reports. A group of Democratic senators wrote both agencies in February to undertake a shared effort of enforcement.
