Fidelity National buys healthcare payments company Metavante

Milwaukee-based Metavante Technologies, an online banking company that last year bought BenSoft in hopes of improving its healthcare payment solutions, is now itself being bought, by Jacksonville, FL-based Fidelity National Information Services.
