Confidence among healthcare employees falls

Although the economy continues its gains, employee confidence in the healthcare sector has sagged as of late. A poll of physicians, nurses and healthcare administrators indicated that confidence levels during the third quarter of this year dropped about 9 percent, while their confidence in the economy dropped even more steeply. At the same time, the survey by Randstad Healthcare indicated that more employees may seek jobs with other organizations, suggesting that the job situation itself is not completely dire.
