ACA changing how hospitals approach business operations

The use of bundled payments and other changes to the finances of healthcare delivery is changing the way hospitals operate. Summa Akron Hospital follows checklists in order to improve patient care, and keeps tabs on surgeon tardiness to make sure operating rooms are continuously functioning in order to save costs.
